26.05.04Staffs are friendly but lacks food choices around. You might need to travel for a bit for food. Grab delivery is also hard to get around here.
26.04.24 There are good things here: nice feeling of Thai character and charm from the overall design. Staff were polite and helpful. Food was good and breakfast was relaxed and had a decent choice - so no problems. They need to tighten up on the management of public areas like pools. We know Amari is a kind of family 'mid 5 star' brand and not a top tier luxury, but they needed much better management. Towels left all over the sunbeds from early morning with no people around. Screaming kids in the pool even after it had supposedly shut at 7pm. Little things like this need better management, if they want to retain the 5 star feeling for guests. Beach was OK and as it is a small boutique resort, so having only one small restaurant for dinner was maybe to be expected, but it could have been a bit nicer. It was really like a small cafe at the front and did not have the feeling of a beachside restaurant, no outside or terrace seating and a lacked something to elevate it to a place you want to sit and eat. We decided not to eat there as it just didn't appeal. Food is room was good though - so we were ok with our stay here. We don't like the tiny road up to TubKaek beach and parking etc, but nothing can be done there.

25.11.18 The facilities are well maintained and clean. The manager and staff are also super helpful and friendly, and coordinated a marriage proposal for my friend, from pre-planning in emails until onsite decoration
25.11.05 This hotel was amazing! So happy we chose this location. Very peaceful and away from all the craziness, unless your into it, your about a 20-30 taxi ride away. No biggie for us. The attention to detail and the thought into making this a magical place is spot on. The staff are so kind and friendly. I would stay here again and again. Highly recommend for a couple wanting a romantic, quiet get away.
