The wi-fi is very hit and miss, and when you do get it it very slow, appears to be like dial. Mattress on my Queen size bed need to be replace, the springs are coming thru it. The rooms are dated and needs to be upgraded. I found the electric plug in the washroom not working. Also the room I had did not have A/C. Lots of steps to climb no elevators to any of the floors. So people with mobility issues will not be able to access the rooms of most of the property. The staff was great especially the receptionist Ivan. Most of the long term guest have purchased a high speed internet connection.
