26.03.14The hotel property and rooms are clean. The staff was all very professional. Abran at the Gus bar is friendly and makes some excellent drinks. Food wise it’s like cruise ship food. You’re gonna have to try things and see what you like. I’ve stayed at larger properties. But I have to say, this place is better than them. Everything was accessible. Nothing is more than 5 minutes away. Such your room to the beach. Or room to the buffet, pools. I would 100% stay here again.

25.11.09 It was my first time doing all-inclusive in Cancun and it did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations tbh. Food was great and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
24.02.07 가성비는 좋아요 수영장도 작지만 적당하고 피자도 맛있고 하지만 직원들이 바로 옆 호텔에 비해 불친절하달까 동양인이라 그런지 다른 스페인어쓰시는 손님분들이나 서양쪽 손님들의 비해 불친절 한것같아요 그래도 물론 엄청 착하신분들도 있긴하지만 다른 호텔로 넘어오니까 직원들의 태도가 비교가 됩니다...
23.12.26 친구와 겨울 여행지를 고민하다가 추천받아서 왔어요! 첫 멕시코라서 고민이 많았는데, 올 인클루시브라서 큰 부담도 없었고, 음식들도 맛있었으며, 직원분들 서비스와 호텔 컨디션, 그리고 위치 모두 만족스러웠습니다.
