This hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk to Nha Trang beach and surrounded by great local restaurants and small shops. The rooms are nice and clean. I also really appreciated their flexibility with check-in. I was able to check in early at 9:00 AM (instead of the usual 2:00 PM) by paying a small extra fee of 100,000 VND, which was totally worth it. Plus, clean spot in a perfect location!

I asked to change date which was done because I booked for two days later instead of one day in original plan. Also asked them to give me a peaceful room. The original room was facing the road with balcony facing the road too. So had nice view. She gave me adjoining room at the back with window which faces the wall of the neighbour hotel that is at an arm’s distance. I did not like that and mentioned it to her and she point black said that I requested it. English is very poor and no point making them understand your point of view. She should have given me another similar room with balcony but she used this opportunity to give me a lower quality room and asked me for more money from me if I wanted the original room that I booked. Also we arrived early and the room was vacant and Available but she asked for extra money if we wanted to checkin early. This hotel staff want to make more money one way or another. Do not ask for any services. They will charge you high price for everything. They even will charge you for the water bottle they leave in the room. Which I thought was complimentary as most hotels provide that. If they are charging for these things then they should let he guests know at check in. Better stay at some other hotel
