Nice hotel in a colonial building right in the downtown core. Great location if you are planning on exploring that part of the city. Very noisy, limited and dated rooms / facilities.

Beautiful hotel in the Guadalajara historic downtown. The staff will warn you of a restricted safe area around the hotel. There are construction work near the Cathedral, which according to comments from residents, have been going on for a long time. Those works restrict the access to some areas. The area surrounding the hotel is as clean as many Latin American cities. That could be improved. The service in the hotel is excellent, which is characteristic of Mexicans. Unfortunately, showers heads (I rented two rooms) and showers areas had mold/mildew. I reported this issue at check out. Hopefully, they correct and improve this hygiene issue.

This hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms. Fantastic location within 3 minutes easy walk of historic centre. The buffet breakfast was amazing! A few small maintenance issues with air-conditioning & water..but staff were keen to sort everything out. If you don't like noise request a quiet room. I quite liked listening to the city life outside.

Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. Staff is very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel is nice and in a great location. However, we were put in a room without windows which was completely unacceptable. After complaining we got a different room. The swimming pool water was not very clean which was a bit of an disappointment. Apart from the reception, most employees speak only spanish.
