I would say the spa could do with a redesign as felt slightly clinical but otherwise restaurants, rooms and beach was superb

23.03.29 The staff really wants to let you experience a special holiday. From welcome to goodbye it’s all in the details. Facilities are great including a pristine beach strip and flawless spa. Food is outstanding, but if you see the pricing they sometimes really have to keep it up (some dishes are just not good enough and almost all dishes are above 20-25 euros). The Asian restaurant is by far the best; the rooftop restaurant a bit disappointing. Wine is extremely expensive. Junior staff is still learning, so sometimes that’s not 5 star worthy (no idea which dish is served, already discarding plates before everyone is finished etc). Last but not least LGBT couples might experience some giggling of staff so now and then. We can handle that, but during a dinner party at Ai KISU we left earlier because we didn’t feel comfortable anymore after technicians clearly made fun of seeing a same sex couple. So, there is some educational work to do here.
