24.05.27We had a lovely time staying at this resort, Veronica and Kara looked after us in all the restaurants, the only negative thing would be to make the large pool into a adult only pool, as there were to many children congregating around the swim up bar, and all the activities in this pool were based on adults.
24.05.11 The food quality was so bad that I did not eat at this all inclusive resort. They had a building burn down and part of the resort is leveled. The rooms also needed to be upgraded and repaired. I would not stay here again.
24.08.22 We had to leave the resort because I refused to pay for the star a second time. I arrived at 1630 told they required a guarantee of payment of the full reservation fee due to non payment received from agoda. I called customer support they assure me that all is in order from agoda end. The receptionist told me the staff that handled that leaves at 1700 so she still required full payment up front for an already paid for room. I left the lobby is tapped of with hazard tape for construction. The couch we sat on had black stains on it smelt of sewage it was a wild thirty minutes. I'm not being nasty or bitter please for sanitary and fiscal reasons pick a different resort.
