I used this hotel each time I visited Singapore.Everything has been changed like no water in the room nothing was in the fridge and shower is terrible (not much space in toilet and shower.They don’t even have a proper card with the hotel address. When asked they gave me a printed paper with the address.They got no helpers to help with baggage . Few staff very nice.

Waited 45 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up. When the clerk finally appeared, they acted like my check-in was a massive inconvenience to their scrolling time on TikTok. Rude, unhelpful, and zero apologies for the wait.
