During my stay here, the day shift(morning) guest services agent wasn’t doing her job. She was sitting down with a cane, not concerned about guest requests. I asked for fresh sheets and towels as I exited for the day. Upon my return the dirty towels still lay on the floor in my bathroom and no fresh sheets. I asked twice a d the manager was standing there as well. I asked for a dish rack( one was assembled on the counter, had 3 packs of coffee, dishes, blow dryer) all things I needed. She said I can’t give you that. Excuse me....I’m paying to stay here and the amenities are upon request. Very rude. The trash rooms on the floors were overrun with trash from the floor to the ceiling. You could not open the door without trash falling into the hallways. Liquid was leaking out on the floor. This is a breeding ground for rodents. Do they not have a houseman to take out the trash daily? On a previous stay upon entering the room the kitchen sink faucet was running and the room was being flooded. Housekeeping stated she told them to room was not in service. This hotel is really nice, it’s a perfect location to restaurants, shopping and the Airport, however, the staff does the Extended Stay Brand a disservice. How does one come to work and not immediately get that trash out the door as guest are supposed to use it? That is the property managers job. They morning guest service lady needs to lose the attitude and properly serve guest.

Please don’t go here especially with an infant the prices are unreasonable for unacceptable performance and hygiene

Dark stains on floor carpet in the bed room, Shower tub cleanliness questionable, kitchen stove & counter setting a Pluss, bed comfortable.
