Had to educate on service animals, which by law cannot be charged for. Bring proof if you have a certified service animal.
26.02.19 I’m amazed that hotels are unaware of their own Country’s laws. Most countries have laws protecting rights of disabled persons. This hotel, as others in the area, were unaware that you may not charge for service animals. They were educated and reluctantly complied.
The hotel is basic, no fridge, no coffee makers, no frills. Breakfast included is very basic, yet edible. They still did not understand that your service animal may be with you wherever you go in public places. Hence, the need for service: medical alert, retrieval, guide, etc.
Staff is not trained in this area at all. You will be charged for everything and anything additionally.
Overall, clean place, great pool but very basic. There are plenty of other hotels that offer more for less.
