26.05.18The house decoration was quite nice and accurately reflected the photos on the booking website. Apart from the issues mentioned below, the overall stay was quite fine; however, there are several areas regarding maintenance and hygiene that need urgent attention.
The cleanliness was poor, and several fixtures were not well maintained. For instance, the entrance lighting was not functioning, and the water pressure was consistently low. In the common bathroom, the bidet spray—which was wrapped in yellow tape—leaked significantly. When I tried to use it, water sprayed everywhere and soaked my clothes. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in that bathroom.
Additionally, the carpet in the living room was stained and felt unhygienic to sit on. Lastly, no indoor slippers were provided for guests. While the decoration of the apartment is good, the lack of maintenance made the experience less comfortable than expected.
