The staff was soo nice and helpful. I stayed here 2 years ago and the customer service was amazing! The vibe is nice and the room was nice clean.

I have been given great reviews on Cachet Boutique Hotel for years...but since they opening, I have stayed over 30 nights since last January, they only opened I believe in December 2021 so they were close for almost 2 years ..There was a stain on my duvet cover ( a bag of Skittles got wet so all colors of rainbow stained the sheet, duvet and duvet cover) House keeping Manager charged me $80 for the damaged goods as I got told all got stained and put in the garbage....so even thou I was there in Jan22 and Feb22 when it was a ghost hotel they lost me, I think I'm a good guest as I stayed many days in a row have a good relationship with Staff but I see no reason the hotel made me pay that fee and to KEEP GOING BACK. The front desk person could only tell me " I can't do anything about ..it's coming from Management"...the Housekeeping Manager doesn't know me, doesn't know how much I've spent there...I'm gonna stop whining now but I worked doing cust service....loosing a good customer is a huge loss...but they didn't do much to turn around the situation so they don't really care for the guests...

For $250, even in NYC you expect more than a run down motel. Effort seems to have been made to the design inside the rooms, but these are all windowless rooms with a door to an interior astroturf patio. The a/c is as loud as a turbine engine- not kidding. You will not sleep here. There is a bogus $25 “resort fee” that includes wifi and fitness room access, plus use if a keurig in the “lobby”. It was not a good experience. Will not return or recommend.
