Checking was a breeze even at 00.30am, front desk could have not have done better in giving us a 8th floor room over looking the port. Room was very clean and smelled fresh, king size bed, very comfortable. Toilet and shower has body soap and shampoo, everything you need for a nice stay. On site restaurant is a great plus as is the bar area, pools are small but okay for a dip. All the staff is what makes this hotel standout. Will for sure stay here again.

The only complain I have is that they don't have decaf coffee available and the regular coffee taste like dark water. I thought veracruz has the best coffee in Mexico
