We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. There are many other hotels that offer much better service and overall value. The hotel itself feels old, and the photos online are far from reality. The pool was dirty, likely because of the surrounding acacia trees, and it didn’t seem to be cleaned regularly even though there were many staff around. The room cleanliness was also poor. Walking barefoot on the floor felt sticky, and the soles of our feet became dirty afterward. The room we were given also had broken lights, and despite the hotel advertising bathtubs, our room didn’t have one. Another inconvenience was the Wi-Fi — they don’t provide access unless you specifically ask for it. Overall, if you’re planning to stay here for a vacation or special occasion, I personally would not recommend this hotel.

Loud music at 4am, staff not acknowledging guests, loud in the mornings as they rent the pool to swimming school, pool water not clean, room smells like mould, trash a front of the room. Location is okay. Not coming back.
