22.03.21Booked a king suite based on good reviews and photos. Arrived and was not given a room in hotel, but a room out and round the corner entered via a padlocked iron gate, then a key we could not operate to get into a room, that was not part of the hotel pictures. A window right on the road with bed heads basically 6 feet from busy traffic. Family photos in room, but worse - beside the fridge, a frame with a toilet seat sitting in our bedroom - totally disgusting. Wifi that would not work. Went and asked for a less noisy room for a start - told lady - we are full. If you don't have the room I booked, why the heck accept my booking - happy to get my money first!!! A poor cat also in a cage at reception - a cage way too small - screaming its poor head off!! Went out to pool area to try and get wifi - look out to pool, many large black bags of rubbish on the balcony in the view - tried to get back to room for something, couldn't get in - We left - Still working on getting money back!
