22.07.12 We enjoyed the room with the balcony as it was clean. However, the receptionist has no knowledge of payment mode & make us waited for 30 mins for our check in process. We were also attended by another rude guy recep who were not receptive to our queries.
Please do something to the recep workers.
22.07.02 You get what you paid for. Certainly the cheapest ive found by far but it was not a good experience all in all
Room is small and the eerie and musty
Elevator - you have to hold the button for it to go up, we had to use the stairs because it felt more safe
Location - close to mrt and burgis center but overall felt unsafe neighborhood
Staff - very unfriendly except for the old guy that was on night duty. We could not understand the staff that was there.
No other amenities since it was a budget hotel
22.06.30 Location is 30 metres off MRT and very close to cheap and very good Indian food cafes. Hotel room does not have a safe, mini bar nor does it serve any food. The hotel is right on a main road so it is quite noisy. I could not get my TV to tune into local stations. WIFI is very slow.
22.06.29 Very affordable, but our key card doesnt work so every now and then we need to ask for assistance of the person in charge in the lobby. Also, electric sucket doesnt work also. The aircon is not that strong.
