Very well priced accommodation within 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon. Decent breakfast with standard fare plus eggs and sausages. Very comfortable beds. Staff very courteous.

The rooms need urgent a renovation. The room has a clean bed, a toilet a TV and a shower. The room had a strange scent and the fridge was not running. I know you get what you pay for but the owner needs to invest some money

The ceiling of washroom had dirty stains most likely due to the leak in the toilet/shower. soap holder was missing in shower area. Looks like it was there but then got removed. water pressure in toilet flush was low and because of that it would not flush properly and choke. On one night when I used it, it got choked and I had to spend some time to open it with the plunger, which was already there.
