The staff was accommodating and the room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Would stay again.

Checked into non smoking room, 5yrs ago this place was top notch. #1; the husky next door ran out of next door (basic tenant there) & attacked my dachshund before I got inside my door. Neck grab & slam head down. This husky meant business. The guy was sincerely sorry. I'm a vet technician, so, to show no hard feelings, I knocked on his door & had extra bag dog treats... My room smelled like smoke to begin w/, holes in comforters, but even though neighbor guy harmless...his room... non-smoking...long stay; had three OVERFLOWING ASH TRAYS. & BEER CANS EVERYWHERE. SOME REASON NEXT NIGHT, I NEVER BROUGHT CLOTHES IN BC ROOM SOOOO SMOKEY. NOT QUITE SURE WHY? BUT NOBODY EMPTIES THOSE ASHTRAYS. I GOT A NOSE BLEED THAT NIGHT & MY EYES BURNED IT WAS SO AWFUL! I TOLD MANAGER THE NEXT DAY...not even about the dog. Huskies are huskies.✓ BUT, everyone mentioned & loved the husky... that ALL worked itself out... not a problem. BUT, specifically KNEW OLD DUDE. I DO NOT JUDGE. He was a funny guy, I couldn't breathe in his room so I left really fast. Point is .. granola bars for breakfast...you HAVE to walk to the HoJo next door. Have to check in HoJo. Staff nice, but, they OBVIOUSLY KNEW that dude Buddy smoked mad cigarettes in his room. I would do the same if I were inside chain smoker & leave stinky, Lord knows how many days old ashtrays! Who wouldn't! It's BC they apparently knew & didn't care if he did. CAN'T blame HIM! He can do whatever he wants against rules & long term stay monthly! Staff acknowledge, "yeah..." I brought a blood soaked Kleenex. That's probably the 1st Honest to God NOSE BLEED EVER HAD! THEY SAID NOTHING.

The room was nasty

Our stay was overnight and it was a nice stay. I was happy with everything overall.
