22.05.23Under the Bonvoy name, we expected more. We arrived to very dirty sheets and had to change rooms. The next room was exactly the same. The sheets were stained and very old.
We requested a blanket at 8:45pm for our daughter and waited 35 min before calling again. They mentioned that the blankets were being washed and they will send one up soon. (Not one blanket available in the whole hotel!)
We called again 45min later and by this time it was extremely late. We never received a blanket and fell asleep without out one. Would not recommend.
