Only toast muffins yogurt. No hot anything. No waffles, eggs , meat, only cereal

The lady at front desk is very dishonest and two faced completely rude and lies The floors are filthy, ceiling tiles are moldy and falling down in bathroom There are better options same price at next exit

I arrived after my check in time and my room still wasn’t ready I was moved to a different room toilet was leaking so I was moved again next room was dirty so was moved again and that room smelled like cigarettes so they moved me again the next room was a major down grade and dirty linen broken room door eventually I just asked to be put back in the room that smelled like cigarettes I asked about the locked up pool every day I was there they always had a reason as to why you can’t use it I finally asked one last time before I needed to check out the lady at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever talked to as soon as she heard pool she cut me off and said not open it won’t be open we are not planning on opening it I asked when I could speak with a manager she said Monday morning maybe Monday morning I tried to talk to the manager she said the pool was open I just needed to ask for the key I told her all my concerns and she said well you are just now complaining at your check out there is nothing I can do

Good experience no complains Don’t remember much but at least no negatives here for my one night stay during business travel Thank you
