Super 8 - Russellville The hotel wasn't bad, although, staff customer service could improve. When I checked-in and went up to my room, it smelled really bad. A combination of smoke and cleaning supplies. When I went downstairs to ask for a different room and explained my reasoning, the Indian lady at the desk proceeded to argue with me and didn't believe me. She ended up giving me a room on second floor, by the stairs, but with attitude and slammed the room key on the counter. The second room smelled fresher without any odors. The room was comfortable. Bathroom was good too. The only other thing I'd mention is if you're staying on first or second floor near the lobby area, you will hear a door bell, every time someone comes in and out. Otherwise, the hotel was good and location was good for places to do and eat near by, including a Starbucks walking distance.

This hotel was a great fine if ever in Russellville Arkansas is a definite yes. It was very clean. The owners are very nice in a great location out of a one to 10 this was a 10 not only for cleanliness but for the price. Not all super 8’s are Great but this one was so glad we tried it out.

It's not the worst place I've stayed but far from what I expected. Requested and booked room type was not available at check-in. Our room was non smoking but our neighbor was a heavy smoker, we had to put towels in cracks of adjoining door because of it. Also we were asked to "sit in the stairwell" so housekeeper could clean. We stayed 2 nights and hadn't requested housekeeping, but we sat in the lobby for the 45 minutes our room was cleaned. That was a pretty odd practice, and a 1st, considering all the places I've visited. Wouldn't stay again.
