Beds: Uncomfortable, hard, and low to the ground.
Bathroom: Adequate size but could have been cleaner. High step-up to enter the bathroom posed a potential tripping hazard. Stains around the sink and bath plugs.
Room Condition: Torn wallpaper and concerning black mould in the corners of the walls. Heavily stained carpets.
Staff: Amazingly helpful and accommodating.
Overall: Unfortunately, due to the cleanliness concerns (black mould and stains) and the uncomfortable beds, we decided to check out early. While the staff were excellent, the overall condition of the room was disappointing.
Recommendations:
Address the cleanliness issues, including the black mould, stains, and thoroughly clean the bathrooms.
Consider replacing the beds with more comfortable options.
Improve accessibility to the bathroom by addressing the high step-up.
