Subject: Concerns Regarding Facilities and Services at Eagle Point Resort Dear Eagle Point Resort Management, I am writing to formally address several issues I encountered during my recent stay at Eagle Point Resort. While I had anticipated a pleasant experience, there were multiple aspects of the facilities and services that were disappointing and in need of urgent improvement. First, the condition of the room door was unsatisfactory and in need of repair. For your reference, I have recorded a video demonstrating the issue. Second, I was surprised to find that there is no telephone provided in the rooms. This lack of communication means that any complaints or requests, such as the non-functioning toilet flush in one of the rooms, must be personally reported at the front desk, which is highly inconvenient. Third, the television inside our room was not functioning at all. Fourth, the air conditioning unit failed to cool the room adequately. Fifth, I also observed that the resort is not accommodating to persons with disabilities or senior citizens, as there are no wheelchair ramps available. Sixth, breakfast is not included for individual check-ins, and the prices on the menu are exorbitantly high. For instance, a single serving of "daing na bangus" costs 580 pesos, which is excessive. Even the cost of a single Red Horse beer at the resort is comparable to buying an entire case elsewhere. Seventh, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the island tour arrangements. I specifically requested to visit Sombrero Island. They did not docked us to the island. Instead, we were informed that the Sombrero sandy shoreline doesn’t exist anymore. Initially, I believed their statement, as I could not see the Sombrero shoreline myself. However, when they turned around to head towards Sepoc Island, we were able to clearly see the Sombrero shoreline. This situation leads me to believe that the information provided was misleading and that the extra 300 pesos per person might have been directed to Eagle Point Resort since they own Sepoc Island. I am not alone in these complaints, and I convey these concerns with the hope that they will lead to improvements to ensure a satisfactory stay for all guests in the future. The water and the horizon has an amazing view from the room. The foods are excellent. The staff are hospitable and they greet you every time you see them. Water is crystal clear, very good for diving.

Overall stay is good. food servings is always good for 2 pax. room service charge is overpriced for me. entrance fee for sepoc beach is also oveerpriced since you are already staying in the resort and the fact that the resort is also the owner of sepoc beach. ithink they should not ask for entrance fee on sepoc or lower the rate a bit.
