Perfect night’s stay for me . Close to job! That day snow reaked havoc in the state.

After check in I went to my room put my stuff down, stepped out to smoke (recreationally) put it out and went back inside decided to go to the store, left and came back couldn’t get in my room went to front desk they rekeyed my key card, went back and it still didn’t work had to go back to the office where the manager so RUDELY said here I come, he came to my room to change the battery in the door , he used a screwdriver to pop the door open after seeing that I was scared for my safety ; the manager then proceeded to walk into my room looking around as though he was looking for something and then accused me of smoking in the room because he smelled the essential fragrance from my recreational activity…. I was pissed and only gave them 1 night business and will try NOT TO EVER visit this property again.

They will work with you if needing ada and try to make sure it's okay. And the staff is nice

The staff is ok, but they act like they really don’t want to be bothered with the customers. I asked for additional towels and they did not want to give them to me. The room was nice but it needed to be deep cleaned, the floors had not been mopped, there was dirt under the chair, the lamp shades, AC, headboard, night stand and mirrors had dust all over them. The toilet had public hair on it and the shower curtain had black mildew on it. The fridge was dirty and had a large accumulation of ice in the freezer. The microwave was also dirty. Since COVID I travel with cleaning products and so I cleaned everything so we could use the the room to full capacity. Navicular cleaning needs to be done, the customer should not be the one cleaning as the come in. It’s good for a nights stay, the room is exactly how they show it to be.
