We had two rooms, the staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and clean but the bathrooms could have been cleaner and the rooms could be updated and scrubbed top to bottom just because they definitely weren’t clean to my standards. But we stayed here for a decent price and we enjoyed our stay but we did choose to bathe at my daughters house just because i need a clean bathroom to use.

My family decided after a long day at the Zoo we didn’t want to drive back home. Upon arriving the guy working was nice . We unloaded and went to the room and the tub had dirt in it… thought maybe the they didn’t rinse it well. So having to use the bathroom during the night and washing our hands the tub started filling up with dirty water. The sink was making gurgling sounds as we were brushing our teeth and the tub had started filling up again. We didn’t get to take a shower before we headed home. The breakfast area sets close to the laundry room which was wide open and the food was horrible the biscuits was probably 3 days old we could have used them for a good game of hockey. We don’t usually stay anywhere but Durrys and I know why.Talked to the guy upfront and he went and checked it out but offered no compensation for anything. He just refunded my deposit for the room. Horrible experience.

Clean rooms, nice staff, good breakfast!

The front desk attendants and the hotel managers were beyond helpful and super friendly!! They gave exceptional service. The cleaning staff, however we’re not on point. They left the jacuzzi covered in pet fur and human hair, with about half an inch of water in the bottom. Everything else seemed clean, but how can I be certain? Once I cleaned the jacuzzi, it was amazing to sit in it!!! The facilities were fine, the room was very spacious and comfortable, it was located conveniently among shopping and food places….I was just not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel.
