It's convenient to the airport, but absolutely disgusting. The hallways smell like death and the rooms smell even worse (like cigarettes, weed, and damp carpet). The linens have cigarette burns in them and are not even close to white. The bed dips in the middle and looks like it might just be several mattress toppers put together. There is a bustling sex work scene with working women and presumably their pimps in the parking lot. Considered leaving but didn't want to lose our money.

We arrived at 2am, I did Not feel safe walking to my room. A lot of ppl were still awake at that time. It was kind of scary. $100 deposit, they said they keep it if u smoke in the room…I walked In the room and it smelled like someone just smoked a cigarette in there and it smelled like that until we left. We had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. We had a blanket with cigarette burn. The only thing good was the guys at the front desk, they were exceptionally friendly.

This place used to be pretty comfy it is horrible my shower walls had boogers on them hair and we're slimy very unclean

It’s in a bad location, you will be approached by several people wanting money. Many homeless living on the property. Room was dirty carpet was stained.

First off they were ants all over the hotel room. My heater blew lukewarm airat best I froze all night long, the shower didn't work as described. I brought all this to the attention of the gentleman behind the counter he got really snarky with me and was extremely rude and said that I was wrong about all that stuff that he was a maintenance guy so I asked him what his name was he said his name was maintenance and refuse to give it. Then proceeded to call me a liar about the things I was complaining about so I said I'd be more than happy to go back to the room with him and show him. The heater to start off was only blowing cold air at the time he had to hit it multiple times to get it to blow lukewarm air. And called that working. Then accused me of having food in the hotel room when I had eaten out every single meal that I had there. And I didn't realize it was a problem to have food in a hotel room when you stay there that's pretty common I thought. And the shower did not work as described. So I said I would go ahead and file a complaint with the manager when he arrived I quietly waited in my car after check out until he arrived the manager finally approached my car and asked if I was supposed to be there in a extremely rude Manner. I then explained that I was waiting for the manager so that I can file a complaint he then acknowledged he knew what room I was from and said that he already talked to his maintenance and that he's dismissed all the issues I brought up to his maintenance and wouldn't even listen to me and asked me to leave the property when I had had no confrontation with anybody and was just unhappy about this day at that point I was only disappointed before he approached me.
