23.05.17The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Good deal on a cheap overnight stay. Nothing special about it except the price but nothing negative, which is the key.
22.10.08 We got a good rate here, it was a quiet area and had easy access to almost everything, and the room was clean when we checked in, but... had kids running up and down outside our room at 7 in the morning on Sunday. The beds are HIGH... you have to climb up on them. I got bit on the hand by something Saturday night... here it is a week later and the bite is still there. Itched like crazy. Not bedbugs, not sure what it was. They had obviously sprayed rooms for insects. Found two dead smallish roaches on our floor Sunday morning. Like I said, we got a good rate for Branson, but I don't think we will stay here in the future.
22.10.04 Last minute booking. I was pleasantly surprised. For the money it's a great place. Very convenient to the strip.
22.09.25 The hotel is needing some cleaning and bug services, and they are making some cosmetic work done, so was a bit noisy on late Sat afternoon, but the staff was wonderful,nice refrig an coffeemaker in room. Does need some deep cleaning, minor repairs here an there. But all and all for the 2 day price was good value.
22.04.10 When I made reservations I had requested a king bed downstairs and had confirmation. When we arrived, they told me my room was upstairs. Me and my wife can’t do stairs. So they gave me two queen beds downstairs. When we went to the room the bathroom light didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and the man that came to fix the light had to reach under the bed to find the cord for the phone but that still didn’t make it work so he said he would be there the next day to fix it. The mini fridge had about two inches of ice buildup in the freezer. The sheets on one of the bed had holes in it and the comforter had a rip in it. After we had been there three days we found a piece of chocolate candy on the floor next the bed and we hadn’t had any candy in the room. Went to take a shower and it took two hands to pull the faucet on in the bath tub. Went to the continental breakfast the second day at about 8:30 and found just water in the apple juice dispenser and all they had left was some waffle mix. So needless to say we went elsewhere for our breakfast every day. When we checked out on Friday the phone still hadn’t been fixed.
