26.02.21 I stay here most of the time when I'm in town, about 10 times a year. I recently had a reserved room, through Priceline/Agoda, that was non refundable. I understand that was the booking. I then injured myself, requiring an upcoming surgery and a recommendation to not travel. I even submitted medical documents. Instead of offering to cancel, rebook, or credit in this case, it was simply, that is not our policy. This location had an opportunity, but didn't do the right thing in my opinion.
25.11.21 I really enjoy this hotel, and the breakfast is definitely top notch. Something different every day. Bring on three breakfast potatoes!!!

24.10.31 Pros: Close to restaurants, helpful staff, free breakfast, plenty of parking.
Cons: RUDE Worker jumped in front of us in line waiting on food, tv wasn’t working but they were quick to repair, 3 semi trucks parked alongside the hotel.
