The night staff was exceptional. The girls that checked me in. The morning staff was so busy doing everything she really couldn't say hello. Only stayed one night, would not take a shower as tub was not clean, gross. When I complained I was only told I will inform housekeeping and she left desk area to do laundry.

I checked in and everything was fine. Then at night I heard all kinds of traffic and smelled drugs being smoked and drugs being sold. The outside back door wasn't secure and I believe it is done so drug dealer can get in easy. My girlfriend spent the night and left. She came back the next afternoon and had her emotional support animal (tiny, tiny dog). He the owner called and said it would be $30!! Extra for the dog. So, I said people can smoke drugs and sell drugs but I can't have a emotional support animal. He said if I don't like it, leave!!! So, she drove 35 minutes and I went down to pay the $30and he tried to rob me!!! Saying it was $60,the dog was here the night before!! I told him check your camera because she just got here with the dog! I called him a liar and a criminal and he told me if I didn't get the dog out he would call the cops!!! This man is a criminal and he allows drugs and drug deals to go down on his property!!!! Great location, HORRIBLE OWNER!!!

Upon arrival the staff were plesant, accomadating, informative,and willing to help with any need. We arrived @ about 4pm and checked in. We had the need of a room change d/t my disability. The staff were kind and gave us the closest room to the entrance, and fully accommodating. The positioning of all handles and light switches,mirror,devices were easily used by a seated person. Extra wide doorways. The down sized was getting into the shower to bathe and finding long black hair throughout the shower. Their was hair on the walls, within the tub, at the drain, and on the shower wand. My hair is red and my significant other is bald-so there is no chance nor excuse for this. Sadly this made me question the cleanliness. I was so concerned that I purchased a bleach based cleanser at their local Walmart and scrub it myself. Next time will ask to check the room before accepting to ensure it has been throughly cleaned.
