Comfortable 3 night stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast simple bu OK. Good location. Management friendly and helpful. We visit Hagerstown regularly, and plan to stay here again.

Never got my deposit back they kept it cause I whipped a spill with a towel

The hotel is simple, but comfortable, and good for a 1-2 night stay. Breakfast was good. Only downside is that the walls are rather thin.

The room was not clean, no maid service had bring the linen to front desk for clean ones, towel rack fell off the wall and almost hit me, this was a non smoking hotel but people smoked on the stairs right in front of staff and owners and nothing was done. It also smelled like weed in the hallways. I will never stay there again.
