I wasn’t sure about this hotel because its appearance on the outside.. looked a little dated and tucked away. The room was very clean and updated compared to the outside and the bed was comfortable. They accidentally double charged me I saw the next day but fixed it immediately with no questions asked. Great budget friendly place to stay if traveling for work. The Colombian restaurant that is in the same parking lot is amazing.

Mr experience here, having arrived under difficult circumstances, has been extremely positive. These people are well trained, and keep it professional and courteous. They were kind and accommodating, even under pressure of my credit card failing to work correctly. It's clean, cheerful, and located in an Excellent location for people who need to be in the area, or are tired, heading North OR South on the NY State Thruway. The pool is small: it's not a resort. But perfect for kids. The restaurant and bar are located in the open lobby area... Which add a homey atmosphere even to guests who choose not to eat in...

Good location between Monsey and Passaic... working on an IT project. Kitchenette for meals at weird hours helpful in my business... I was able to maintain normalcy while in the road.

No issues pretty decent great TV for gaming
