24.11.02 You get what you pay for. But staff is very nice and accommodating. I was able to switch rooms after an injury at work kept my party from being able to comfortably navigate to a second floor room. However, was disappointed this stay because ice machine was down, room was one of the roughest I've seen, but can't complain too much since it was a last minute room change. Most frustrating aspect was a very aggressive cleaning crew for housekeeping the next day. They started banging on my door at 10:00 a.m., when I still had well over an hour before check out. Maybe it was because of the last minute room change and they didn't realize it was occupied, but either way I would say a little bit of a bumpied stay during this most recent visit.
24.10.27 Decent accomodations, easy check in process with friendly staff. Ample parking in well lit lot, free bfast 630-930. Firm check out time ... They start knocking promptly at 11 am. My bathtub was slightly rusted at the bottom, but plenty of hot water & great water pressure. Clean room, decent bed, cool ac. 2 of 4 lights didn't work, and the vanity light flickered, which was annoying in the morning. Functioning ice machine, but laundry machines were covered in dirt and grime. Would not recommend washing clothes there. But otherwise, very comfy stay for a night or two, liked how pristinely white and fresh the towels and bedding were. Clearly, the laundry machines used by housekeeping are better maintained than the guest machines. 4/5 stars, a solid choice for a tight budget.
24.10.22 I traveled for personal business with my service animal and was not disappointed! Very accommodating and excellent customer service from each employee I encountered. Bed was extra comfortable and room was spacious! Breakfast was delicious and they had plenty of options for every palate!! They were doing some updates as well to the property, including resurfacing and sealing the parking lot. I’d gladly stay at this hotel whenever I come back to the area!
