Clean room, friendly, efficient staff

Good, Clean room and Bed. Bathroom was clean but a dirty Towel was left hanging by the shower curtain.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and upkeep. The staff were very nice and friendly. My only complaint is the key card swipes not working at the doors where the stairs are located, I have a rational fear of elevators so I prefer to take the stairs, but I was forced to take the elevator because the key card machine wasn’t working. Besides, that I enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean. I gave four stars because of location. The train runs by about every two hours all night. We were so tired that we went back to sleep quickly but might be more bothersome for other people.

Yes, just the bed pillows was to soft.
