Nice clean room upon arrival was great after a long day of travel. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked this through Agoda and tried to call them to confirm that I had the reservation and when I could check in. I called four times with no response. It was not set up as a super eight by Wyndham in Gallup, New Mexico number. It went through a voicemail that was not set up. So I called Wyndham and they tried to call and they did not get a response. After that, I was able to eventually talk to someone there. He had a low command of the English language, but explained that if I was to come in an hour early as I wanted to, it would cost me $20 even though the booking was for $42 that night and this hotel had plenty of availability I asked him if there was any clean rooms available that I could go in early he says there’s no clean rooms until 2 PM. I confirmed with Wyndham that this was not the case and there was indeed many rooms as I’ve been traveling around through Gallup and most of the hotels here at about 5 to 12 rooms occupied. Agoda then attempted to contact the super eight and was not able to reach them after five tries. I had to rebook with Agoda for a different location at a motel six nearby. They were very accommodating and told me to come right over. Meanwhile, I had to file disputes with my credit card had to contact Wyndham and Agoda had the foot the bill for this place. I go to try to contact them later and try to negotiate with them to release the funds and they would not and the Wyndham is in contact with them about the fact that they do not have even a proper phone number set up for this location
