There were no towels in the room, proceeded to the front desk, an asked for 1 bath towel, where I was told.. "what do you think this is a towel service? I been handing out towels all night" I replied with no your a hotel where you should provide at least 1 towel for 3 people checking in the room.. mi d you the room had BLACK OILY STICKY NASTY FLOORS that felt "wet/damp" an the bottom of my feet..black! .. yuck! I used the stained washcloth they had in the bathroom an toilet tissues to clean my feet before putting on my socks.. yuckie!! Normally I have fair service, an given I have stayed here numerous of times I figured asking g for 1 towel wouldn't be an issue..but thos time it was.. sad day!
