I would recommend this hotel for their stay in Helena

Totally not what I was expecting. I would think the Super 8 brand would require better standards. Dirty stained tub. Ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. Carpet was stained and gross. Loose cords. Super loud microwave that sounded like it was going to explode. The hallway floor was completely uneven to walk on. Overall it is in major need of a renovation!

Good service really good workers

I can always count on this hotel to be there when my budget gets small. The staff is nice and try their best.

The bathroom looked like it was still being worked on spackle and stuff on the ceilings, not cleaned up, things not painted and I just wanted to take a shower and the water barely came out at all like zero pressure. Everything is very outdated. TV was smaller than my kids’s TVs. I checked in online before I got there, including scanning my ID and credit card and when I got there, I had to give it to them all over again cause they said it wasn’t on there so check-in took way longer than it should have. Breakfast consisted of expired yogurt a couple many muffins that they bought from the store and a waffle machine that didn’t look like it even worked. When I tried to check out the next day, the guy didn’t even know how to do. It had to call someone to get a password for the computer and everything. This place needs a lot of work.
