This property is value for money. Located close to Cruise terminal and downtown. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. It was such a pleasure staying here.

Coffee pot was filthy , bedding had cigarette burns in it.

They use sourdough taxi to pick up and drop and couple of taxis I had to take had poor internal. No breakfast served they said due to covid. The lift had shabby interior. Staff was good though they had to manage within limited resources. $2 and free city shuttles can take you to downtown in 5 min. Last shuttle to return is around 0630 or so. ( Hotel check in is 3 pm and it looks like early check in is impossible due to several reasons) Generally shortage of manpower is impacting all services and facilities in the area. Stay in Ketchiken downtown if you have only 1 night stay.

I message the property and agoda so many times regarding the airport pick up your offering but no one replied! The guest didn't know where to go, didn't know who's gonna pick up her didn't said the name of the taxi company! No instructions at all! We called the front desk, and the receptionist who answered the is not welcoming and she even sounds irate when i ask which taxi company would pick her up! The guest waited for morethan 1 hour at the airport! And she didn't find the one who's gonna pick her up and instead she hitched q ride from a good Samaritan stranger to drop her at the hotel!

This hotel needs work, the people are sketchy and the smells are even worse. It smells like someone was smoking weed the next room over continuously. The breakfast was a joke as well. Never again!
