Staff is responsive.
Rooms are tiny though so be prepared for that.
22.05.28 Rooms are small ( I guess on par for Manhattan ) : Hotel is old but the location makes up for most of the deficiencies . Though hotel is very old , Housekeeping is excellent. Very convenient location & value for money

22.03.09 Location, staff, all very good. Small room but that's new York. Towels n shampoos, you just ask and they'll send it right away. Just so happy choosing this as price was really reasonable
22.03.05 You could go to almost all of the tourists spot just by walking. Lots of subway station and restaurant around the hotel. Staffs are very nice and are so helpful. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
