The staff was great. The things I really didn't like was the room wasn't fully clean and the comforter was dirty on the bed. The biggest thing I had a hard time with because I am not used to is the smell of weed in the hallways, elevator, and my room. It smelled like someone was smoking it in an adjoining room. That was my biggest thing was the weed smell. If that was something you don't mind then it is a great hotel to stay at.

Costumer service was Excellent. Our King Suite with jacuzzi is great, only it needs to be cleaned better. When we arrived floor was sticky specially around the Jacuzzi, bed sheets were stained with makeup and hairs , Conforter had a few little holes , bathtub in the shower had hairs Pubi.. hairs. The Entrance of the Hotel always smells like weed, bummer ...but thankfully inside the Rooms it smells great. We always bring our own sheets and covers just incase. Everything else was perfect, everything worked. We enjoyed our stay. Hopefully Next time the cleanest in the Room is on point just like it was the first time we visited.
