The Drake Inn

Beautiful views of the Three Sisters and other mountains from the room. Located in an awesome location. Checked in at night when the office was already closed and checked out next morning so cant say anything about staff and service, but room was decent. Only issue faced was no kitchen (under renovation apparently) and no microwaves in rooms

The Pros: super friendly staff, great location, comfy beds, decent pillows. The Cons: The place is a dive ... keep your shoes on kind of dive, carpets are thread bare, holes in the walls from long gone art or hooks, molding that literally looks like mold, renovation to sink and vanity looks like a junior high shop project, furnace that wouldn't shut off AND to top it off you're paying prices that resemble a 5 star. I would only stay here again if I was desperate ... if the staff weren't so dang friendly I would have split asap.

Older inn. Clean beds. Was worth it to save $100 over competing hotels
