26.05.03 Good location, but first I have noticed there is no fire alarm sensor or alarm in the room we have, second not informed that it will be no hot water during the day which they are aware of. The heater is not really good. Receptionist guy who we check in is not that professional, please do a proper way of looking for your customers next time!
26.05.01 Not the newest place, but the room is clean, spacious, and the real win is the full lake view.
Go for a lakeview room on the second floor (no lift).
The kitchenette is fully equipped, which makes longer stays easy.
Only 5 minutes walk to the city centre.
Only downside: hot water can be inconsistent. Not a dealbreaker, but something to note.
Overall, great value if you’re here for the views and space.
26.04.27 Unit was cold smelt musty, kitchen very outdated and ugly.
No hot water at all in the room, shower on hot water did not even work.
Room was freezing cold even with the heaters on Maximum.
One room had no lights at all.
No lights in stairways to access rooms.
Reception was rude and dismissive.
Did not get any kind of refund or apology for the building issues.
Would not recommend or stay again

Dirty floors - carpets were crusty
Very bad odour throughout the room - like urine.
No heating facilities
Bathroom ceiling rotting
The kettle was black inside from not being cleaned.
Couldn't even sit on the couch provided - it was stained so bad.
Booked for 4 days but left after 1 night - lost a lot of money but it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE ever.
When checking out, there was another guest also checking out with the similar complaints about their booking.
Staff were very polite though.
The location was amazing but I am disgusted with this place.
This place should not be operational!!
