Perfect location to visit all historical locations! Although there are some points should be considered … first very hard to find main entrance for those whom new to this area. (Door is between two restaurants) second elevator is from second floor. So you need to carry luggage’s for some steps . Third after working hour it was hard to communicate with host. They were kind and helpful but it was little difficult to enter the room Other than that room, facility was great

Against description, unfortunately the elevator was above a lot of stairs, allowing us only to access the flat once. Staff was hostile and rude, and extremely inpolite when communicating in local language with the owner. We had to find last minute another hotel, spendimg our Florence stay in searching and visiting the police station. A dreadful experience I would not recommend to others, specially older ones.
