Wonderfully located very close to the heart of downtown Sapporo, with a very helpful staff. The in-room baths are fantastic! Whenever I return to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again!

The bathroom is big & roomie! love that they support netflix, so I can binge watch the Bridgerton.

Small room but enough for a few days in centre of Sapporo. Friendly staff (even though they didn't speak any english). Very clean

Hotel is very convenient, it is between Odori Park and Susukino so you can explore both areas. Staff is also very accomodating and they try their best to overcome the language barrier

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ronshan Sapporo! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Susukino and convenient for exploring Odori Park and nearby attractions. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making it very comfortable to relax after a day of sightseeing. The facilities are modern and functional, from the comfortable beds to the separate bathroom and toilet areas, which was a big plus. I also appreciated the amenities in the room, like the flat-screen TV, kettle, and air purifier, which made the stay even more convenient. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations. Their warm service really made the stay feel welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Ronshan Sapporo for anyone visiting the city — it’s a great choice for both location and comfort!
