26.05.01Everything is perfectly. Friendly staff, Clean room, easy to access public transport
25.12.25I hv made advance booking to premier room (1 king bed with 1 single bed? 2 adults and 1 child to stay. Paid Rm219 but on the day of my arrival no such room all fully booked. The receptionist cant retrieve my booking at 1st place. She said no such booking. I showed all proof of confirmation on my stay. After 15 minutes she managed to find my details but she said no rooms available. She called her lady manager, she was so arrogant not even cooperative to solve the room issue. Finally the receptionist gave an option to stay standard room with extra bed. But the worst part was my booked room comes with breakfast for 3.... but the receptionist just gave coupon for 2.... after some arguments she given us what we hv paid..... the bedsheets are damn dirty. I called hsekeeping to change. Worst Experience Ever. Those wants to book pls think wisely before decide.
25.10.18The place is spacious and clean but no fridge. If you are desperate and in need of a place to spend the night this one is okay
25.09.09The staff are not friendly, and one of them was extremely rude. when we entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. One of the rooms had an air conditioning problem, and when we called for assistance, the staff said the room had been empty for a week. How is that the customer’s problem? Totally unacceptable. We requested to change rooms but were told all rooms were fully booked.
Inside the room, there was no phone provided to call customer service, which made it very inconvenient. In my room, the sink tap was broken, and no water came out. Not even a single hanger was provided in the wardrobe. These are basic things that should not be overlooked.
For breakfast add-on, they only provide packed food (nasi lemak or fried noodles) with drinking water. No cafeteria or buffet at all. On each floor, there is only one iron placed outside for anyone to take into their room. During our 3-night stay, we only managed to use the iron on the first night. The following nights, the iron was missing—someone must have taken it and never returned it. If they want to place irons outside, they should ensure they cannot be taken away. The same happened to my colleague on another floor. When they requested an iron at the counter, the staff said no irons were available as only a few extras were provided.
This will most likely be the first and last time we stay at this hotel. Even during check-in, it was already a bad experience. We gave the booking number as we booked both deluxe and premier rooms, but the counter staff didn’t even want to check the booking number—they just asked us to say which rooms. It became very messy. When my boss arrived last to check in, they claimed no rooms were left even though earlier they said there was one more room reserved. We had purposely left the key card with them because my boss was arriving late. Then the staff tried to blame me, asking why I didn’t take the card earlier. Excuse me—if my boss arrives at 2 am, do I have to wait at the lobby at 2 am just to hand him the card? Isn’t that the receptionist’s responsibility?
What’s worse, they even claimed the room had already been checked in, when in fact no one had collected the card yet. After searching around, they finally found the card was still with them all along. The most frustrating part is that despite it being their fault, they never even apologized. They just walked away as if nothing happened.
Is this really how they treat their customers? Very, very poor customer service.
