Very nice location just a few steps from the lake

The hotel is conveniently located just a few steps from Shuishe Port and right beside a FamilyMart, making it easy to access food and ferry transfers. The staff are approachable and accommodating, which adds to the overall experience. However, the building itself is quite old and has an outdated style. The room appeared dusty despite being cleaned, and the wallpaper showed signs of mold. The bed consisted of two foam mattresses put together, which was not very comfortable. The bathroom layout also old and lacked proper divider between the shower and toilet. Additionally, the room did not match the photos shown on the booking site.

Good location. Very near Sun Moon Lake pier and 7-11 and family mart. No supermarket nearby, nearest supermarket that can find is 20-30 mins by bus/bike. Clean room with small refrigerator. Small space for luggage, like there was less than 1 meter walking space for opening suitcase. A rather big bathroom with hot water. Good air conditioner. Water refill available on the G floor.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel with our group of friends! The staff were incredibly accommodating, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made our experience even more comfortable and memorable. The location is a huge plus—it’s very accessible, with convenience stores just a short walk away, making it easy for us to grab snacks and essentials anytime. What we loved the most is that the hotel is right across the view deck of Sun Moon Lake, giving us breathtaking views just steps from our door. Waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring. Overall, it’s the perfect place if you’re looking for great service, a convenient location, and stunning views. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is located at convenient location, which is close to the bus terminal to Taichung, bus terminal for round the lake bus service, and jetty for river cruises. There are 3 convenience stores nearby and the Hotel also has coin operated laundry services. There's lift in the Hotel for every floor. The room has basic amenities like towel, kettle and hair dryer (though without toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste). It's great place for the convenience of a short 2 nights stay. Do use the Chinese name for the Hotel in Google Map to provide a more accurate direction to the place.
