26.05.30 What impressed us the most was the Front Desk Manager's exceptional attention to detail and personal touch. He was able to remember guests by name and would always greet us warmly whenever he saw us. This level of personalized service is rare and made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay.

26.05.28 Extremely disappointed with this stay. Considering the hotel is featured in the Michelin Guide, I expected much better standards. Unfortunately, there were cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, my room was located facing the main road near the window, and the noise level was extremely terrible throughout the night. It was very difficult to rest or sleep properly.
The cleanliness, hygiene, and overall comfort were far below expectations for a hotel with such a reputation. Highly not recommended.
