We checked in for a 4-night stay but were forced to check out after only one night. While the hotel provides a "House Rules" sheet focused on fines and cash deposits, the actual issue we encountered was not covered by any written policy. When a basic guest situation arose that wasn't on their list of rules, the staff’s response was immediate hostility rather than professional problem-solving. The front desk representative became aggressive, unprofessional, and made us feel completely unwelcome. As a family traveler, I found the atmosphere tense and confrontational. It became clear that the staff lacks the basic training required to handle guest interactions that fall outside of their rigid, fine-based "House Rules" document. For the safety and peace of mind of my family, we left after 12 hours and rebooked at a different property through Agoda. Despite the fact that the hotel made it impossible for us to stay, they are still holding the payment for the three nights we did not spend there. ​Warning to Travelers: This property lacks the professional infrastructure, any kitchen equiptment (in a kitchen suite) and the temperament to host guests professionally. If any issue arises that isn't on their printed sheet, expect hostility instead of hospitality. Avoid at all costs.
