Very friendly Staff and helpful aswell

Awful place. Filthy dirty. Cigarette burns on all furniture and window sills. Broken furniture in room. Ground in dirt on carpets, stains all over the walls. Ignorant staff. Rubbish everywhere. And pretty sure they rented the rooms out by the hour. I've never stayed in such a disgusting place in my life. This shouldn't be on your website

Very good overnight stay. Facilities standard (expected for price paid). Waited a short while for hot water to come from shower, but there were no faulty parts). Modern heating in bathroom kept both rooms warm. Staff direct, 'If you don't ask you don't get' approach. Breakfast very good, although had to knock at door to get chef's attention. Overall very good overnight experience. Prime location close to South Croydon Station and bus routes.
