22.08.11I've been staying here with my partner for three nights at the beginning of August. The position is amazing, very well connected to both the tube and the bus. There was a shortage of staff but the receptionist still managed to help us in any way possibile (he gave us a room to change briefly since ours wasn't ready yet and stored our backpacks as well). I must say that the hotel isn't very well equipped (no dryer) but it's a two star hotel so I'm honestly not surprised. Even though the room wasn't spotless clean I am still pretty much pleased with my stay here.
22.07.16When I got there, fry is all front of my room and I saw bugs bathroom and bed, so I can not stay, I told them and left also I told agoda to rufous my money left of the day, cause whenever I saw bugs I can not sleep, I still not pay back yet . Is it awful??
22.07.13Staff of reception office of this hotel are very impolite to the guests. Negative attitude and neglect towards the consumers.
22.07.09You get what you pay for and it’s certainly true here. Basic, functional and ok for one or two nights.
22.07.04The New Dawn has had some bad reviews but I feel because people are expecting a hotel and this is really a hostel. It’s location is good and the staff were helpful and pleasant but it looks run down and the reception area is not very welcoming. Our room was very small but clean and tidy, we wouldn’t have been able to have a suitcase in there with us so good job we only had a small backpack.
