The bed isn’t comfy at all and they provide just 2 thin pillows. When we ask for an extra pillow they didn’t check but just say they don’t have any spares! the wall is super thin. Can hear everything with the person next door. WAS SO NOISY WITH THE NEXT DOOR ROOM! Someone checked in late and were playing loud videos from their toilet and we can hear it. Room was bright where the window isn’t black out. We 3 (me, my partner and baby) prob had 3-4 hours sleep only. Made our next day trip in london super exhausting!

They never fix issues... Always say we accept mistakes and give same excuses to every customer. Wifi does not work... Poor toilets... While shifting to other room staff himself packed my luggage and i lost my big calculator... They say we didn't know about it.
